So I'm going to make a pretty quick post about what's happening in Fam lately , which I should have done so a couple of weeks ago , hehe . It's going to be a boring post for those not in Fam , my sincere apologies . I promise to post something worth reading the next time I post when I already get my laptop back from the Repair Centre . -pinky swear-



Mass Quittings in Fam
First and foremost , you might have noticed that there's quite a handful of members who've quitted the Fam. I do not know why, and what is the reason that's making them quit, but I would like to thank those who'd at least left a post in the bulletin about their departure. I hope you find what you've been looking for in the new Fam you've joined. Of course, with valid reasons, you will always be welcomed with open arms by all InsanitoriuMers.

& to those who quit without telling any JRs or leaving a post in the bulletin, anyeonggg .
No it's not hello , it's goodbye .

The above issue of course leads to the second issue .
The Fam being extremely quiet at times
To add on to that, I can't come online regularly `cause my laptop is still being repaired D: Sincere apologies to the members who felt neglected, but there's nothing much I can do right now as I couldn't take any actions to solve this right now. The Fam JRs are also facing common tests in their respective schools, hence not being able to help much in this area too. ( They'll be back in approximately 7 days time, same goes to me , hehe. )
Please bear with the temporary underperformance of the Fam.
I seek your kind cooperation and understanding till further actions will be taken to solve this matter, as soon as possible.



Third in the list , would be the Fam's performance.
Another apology as we would not be able to provide you with many channels, just for the moment. We will try our very best to buy whenever we can, so I hope when we do, I'll have your full cooperation to be in the channel as long as the channel is still being rented by us. Channels would be rented more frequently during the weekend nights (Fridays) and weekends ( Whole of Saturday & Sundary morning to evening ), please take note of it and make an effort to be there to help out with your fellow Fam members.



Which brings us to the next point, can members take more initiative?
Okay, I know you're probably bored of me saying this, as I feel that I probably had said this a million times in Fam chat, another million in the bulletin posts, and another million to be said in this blog, but none of you is listening.
So let me type it out for you, in black and white, as clearly as I can convey to you, what you should do when there is channel.



Check if there's channel.
How?
Browse through all the servers with your mouse ( e.g Free-1 to Battle Party , Expert to International 2 ; we seldome buy entry, novice, intermediate channels)
The one with " InsanitoriuM " written , that'd be ours.
Okay, so maybe you forget to browse through to check for channels, it's not your habit, too much work for you, blabla blabla.. It's totally okay ! :D but when we do call for you in Fam chat to come to our channel, please come right away, or as soon as your current game ends ( if you're in a game. )
Please don't add more burden to the JRs to have to call you time and time again, begging you to come. This Fam is not only theirs, it's yours too.
Don't have them to have to type in CapsLock when they're mad at you for not coming, and then complaining saying that the JRs are too fierce, too anti-socialistic for you.
Channel sessions are primarily to bond members of one Guild together, to get people closer with each other, please have an enjoyable time mingling together and not think of it as a chore.



Fifth on would be language barriers.
I must admit that I have done many wrongs on this part. -slaps myself-
I am truly truly truly really really freaking sorry to the core T_T
As you know majority of the active members in this Fam aren't local, we tend to speak of our native language more than English, hence confusing many of you. I am still trying to find my self-discipline to not speak in such a manner, I will be trying my best ! This goes to the JRs and some of the members too. Hwaiting, InsanitoriuM ! >_<
English speaking members have the rights to comment ( kindly please, lol ) on those who forgot to speak in English .
Hopefully this wouldn't pose a problem to our Fam anymore.



& the very last point would be about the infamous mass kicking of Fam members.
I have come to notice that many of our members are what many called Missing-In-Action or in short MIA, for no valid reason. If you do, please inform me ( through audi msg , bulletin board, msn, sms* to those who has my phone number ) or any of the JRs as soon as possible. I would be kicking those who are not helping the Fam also.
